Support Group Facilitator
Help facilitate support groups that provide emotional, educational and social support to those caring for someone living with Alzheimer’s or another dementia.

Advocate
Help improve the quality of life and care for people with Alzheimer’s disease and their families by sharing our message with elected officials at the federal, state and local levels. Community Educator

Faith Outreach Representative
