About us Created in 1961, the Bagley Community Council is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. Providing information and support to block clubs is just one way we help sustain & improve the quality of life for our residents. With over 5,000 homes, we are a “bedroom” community in the City of Detroit with good schools, retail, recreation, transportation and diversity in houses of worship.
