buildOn Community Teams are groups of compassionate students united to break the cycle of poverty, illiteracy, and low expectations. Through the buildOn Trek experience, your high school or college can immerse in our mission by building schools in solidarity with the community members who will benefit from them. Join us for a week of service, leadership, cultural education, and personal growth.

Build a Movement to End Poverty & Illiteracy

Breaking the cycle of poverty, illiteracy, and low expectations takes a movement, and at the foundation of our movement are the Movement Builders. Join this core community of buildOn supporters creating lasting impact through monthly giving. As a Movement Builder, you’ll get to track your impact, connect directly with our work, and get unique buildOn gifts.
