About us Catholic Charities West Michigan works to feed the hungry, counsel those who struggle, and build strong families throughout the 11-county Diocese of Grand Rapids, regardless of their background or religion. Programs and services include, but are not limited to: Pregnancy Support, Counseling, Child Welfare, Healthy Families, Substance Abuse, Adoption, Food & Pantry Programs, Foster Care, Teen Parent, Senior Companions, and Foster Grandparents.
