| About us | Detroit Future City (DFC) is a nonprofit organization that plays a crucial role in Detroit as an independent think tank, policy advocate and innovation engine focused on the future of the city and the implementation of strategies that advance the recommendations laid out in the DFC Strategic Framework. The Strategic Framework is a 50-year, long-term guide for decision-making by all Detroit stakeholders–from elected officials to residents. Released in 2013 after an ambitious three-year effort, the highly detailed guide draws on the best local and national talent, as well as the insights of more than 100,000 Detroiters, to reimagine a better future for Detroit. |
