| About us | Hospice of Lenawee is a community-based program designed to provide competent, loving care for individuals with a life limiting illness. The focus is on providing support, not only to the patient, but to the patient's family as well. In Febuary of 2012, we opened the first Hospice Home in Lenawee County. Our Home will be a place to care for people in our community near the end of life when care in the home is either impossible or not practical. |
