Items we need |
Put Together Warm Welcome BagsOften the families who stay with us at RMHWM don’t have time to plan or even pack for their stay. Therefore, we rely on our community to help supply items for these families to help lessen their burden. Supplies for our kitchen, pantry, laundry room and guest rooms are crucial so that we can keep providing for families who may otherwise go without the basic necessities. We invite schools, churches, individuals, families, organizations and employers to set up a collection drive to help us make our House a comfortable home for guests. To keep it simple, we’re created a few “kits” that are specifically designed to meet the needs for families.
Gift Cards for the families who stay at the HouseThe following gift cards are always needed and appreciated:

About us | The Ronald McDonald House of Western Michigan (RMHWM) opened on March 23, 1990. The 19,000 square foot facility was designed specifically as a Ronald McDonald House. Located on five park-like acres, the House has seventeen bedrooms with private baths; two are isolation equipped and three are handicap accessible. Common rooms include a large family-style kitchen with four complete cooking areas, a dining room, a great room with fireplace, a sitting room, a sunroom overlooking the backyard that has a playground area and walking path and children’s play house, a laundry room, and recreation room. |
