About us In 1952, the Arc of Midland was formed by Midland parents as a response to the lack of educational opportunities available to those with disabilities. Since then we have been connecting people to their community in the way that they choose, whether it be sports, faith, theater, education, jobs or relationships. The Arc of Midland figures out where the opportunities are for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. If they don’t exist, we look for ways to create them.
