Ways to help

Fundraising

WAG fundraising includes community outreach events, such as promoting our services to the animals of the community by having an information booth at the Wyandotte Street Art Fair and many other street fairs. Volunteers are needed for manning the booth at these events, and its a great way to interact with other animal lovers from the area.

Assisting with adopt-a-pet events

Walking dogs, cuddling with cats, and tidying up cages are all part of the adopt-a-pet experience. In addition to assisting with the animals at the events, we also need help with set-up and break-down cages and tables before and after adoption events.
