AmeriCorps Urban Safety “Building Healthy Futures” Zoom Session

The topic of this service information session is Building Healthy Futures. We have invited professionals from the medical and public health fields, together with community residents, to discuss a variety of factors impacting the health of Detroit residents today. Topics will include COVID-19 as well as home health issues such as the presence of lead, mold and asthma triggers. We hope that you will join us to receive important fact-based information relevant to the health and well-being of you, your family and community. Attendees will be welcomed with pre-recorded remarks from Lt. Governor Garlin Gilchrist, and guest attendee State Representative Tyrone Carter.
